[CTPP] Urbanized area boundaries

I'm confused. It appears that pieces of this conversation are going to the entire list. To what webinar are people referring?

Although I was able to get signed up, I'd like to endorse Ms. Stewart's 
request. As MPO staff, I was told attending this webinar was a "must do" 
thing - urbanized area boundaries involve MPO funding and are thus not 
an option for us.
