For those unfamiliar with this list here are a few basic rules.  Please 
do not send your request to the whole list to be removed.  You can 
quietly remove yourself by going to 
http://www.chrispy.net/mailman/listinfo/ctpp-news and unsubscribing 
yourself.  The box is toward the bottom of the page.

If you are not interested in getting each email as it is sent there is a 
digest version available.  To be put on the digest your will have to log 
into your account and make the request.  The login does require a 
password which you can acquire by going to

and follow a few short steps.
