[CTPP] 2009 TIGER/Line Shapefiles released today; info on 2010,TIGER/LineShapefiles

People will not be asked for TAZs until the summer of 2011.  It will be 
an equivalency process where folks will be asked to say which Census 
Block would go in which TAZ.  Guy Rousseau of the Atlanta Regional 
Planning Commission and member of the AASHTO CTPP Oversight Board is 
current chairing an Oversight Board Subcommittee that is working on 
developing the TAZ process.  For now just sit tight as more information 
will be forthcoming.  If you have do something for budgeting reasons 
plan TAZ time for the Summer of 2011.
