[CTPP] Federal Register for Cenus 2010 Urbanized Area Boundary?

Good morning!

Back in June when we had the web conference for proposed 2010 Census Urbanized Area Boundary Definition, we were told that a Federal Register will be available in October regarding this matter and it will have a 60-90 day comment period. Have any of you seen this federal register? I would like to get more information since the UA boundary will impact the MPOs.
