[CTPP] Federal Register for Cenus 2010 Urbanized Area Boundary?

The register notice has not come out yet and as soon as it does we will 
make sure the information gets posted here and on in many other forums. 
  If anyone from the Census Bureau reading this knows some more 
specifics when we might see the register notice please let us know.
